Customer Care
To supply good quality produce to our customers with as much local ingredients whether via this website or to fulfil gaps in local cafe` offerings or direct to customers with Timaru and Oamaru Farmers Markets. Fully registered business and follow best practises along personal pride in everything we do.
Whether Food :- To recreate the much missed classics from the British Isles specifically great wholesome English favourites and other European treats with our own flair using delicious local NZ ingredients. Always supply fresh product baked to order.
Whether Balms/Waxes :- Working with wood to make beautiful things for the home, I wanted a food-safe non-petroleum based product. After research I created my first wood finish wax. Eventually refined till the 'BLOOM' recipe we sell today. This is where my interest first stemmed and then blossomed to Baby Nappy Cream (Daughters precious skin), Eczema Calmer (clients small baby with steroid allergies) etc. All equipment, aluminium packaging and even local sourced wax are thoroughly heat treated.
