SHIPPING POLICy

NZ Orders

Please make sure that you provide us with an address that is complete so delivery can be smooth and quick. All NON-Perishable goods are usually sent via NZ Courier Post and tracked.

 

Delivery time is usually overnight (from date of shipment) and can be delivered to rural addresses along with residential and business addresses. Please allow up to 2-3 days extra for rural deliveries.

We are not responsible for the loss of any packages once they are with courier. However in the unlikely event that a package is lost we will launch an investigation and help with the process as much as possible.


When an order is placed, we aim to send the products out within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment, usually the same or next day, however if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you with explanation.

Food deliveries are determined by our usual baking schedule.

*Minimum food orders, 2 x product. Prefered Minimum order value >$55+p&p (Schedule dependant)

*Local Area food delivery. Aim is that if ordered by Monday night delivery will be that week.

Market day Pick Up requests can be arranged any day prior but subject to availability.

Chilled Out of Town deliveries are determined by our refrigerated courier partner. Click here.

*Local is Timaru/Oamaru regions.

International Balm Orders

Yes we can ship internationally to countries such Australia, USA, Canada, Singapore, EU & UK.

We ship via NZ Courier post for international shipping, which is fully tracked.

Please message us to arrange and calculate costs for you if not automated at check out.

(To keep postal costs low recommend that orders are to keep weight <1Kg  and value is <250NZ$)

Delivery time for overseas parcels is usually approximately 3-10 days, although it may be a bit later if your address is further out from main centres.

Return & Exchange Policy

Beeswax and Non-Perishable Type Products

If you are not fully satisfied with any of our Non Baked products, contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will replace them or if you prefer refund you in full. In the latter case, we will pay for the cost of returning the goods if appropriate to us once the method of transport has been agreed.

Baked Goods

Common sense says we can not be wholly responsible for any food items safety after it has left our care, but we will do our best to resolve issues. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our Food products, contact us soon as possible and at least within 3 days of purchase and we will replace them or if you prefer, refund you in full.
