Chilled Out of Town deliveries are determined by our refrigerated courier partners.

We take great pride in our baking and ingredient choices. A lot of time and effort is put into produce the best food for you. So coming to shipping our food around the country we are determined to ensure that it reaches you in the best and freshest condition possible.

Food is always baked fresh so you can eat it straight away, refrigerate or freeze as required once you receive it.

Storage of Food

It is recommended that food is refrigerated once taken out of packaging.

Food will be OK in fridge (below +5 degC for up to 3 -4 days).

Also recommended to freeze (Below -18 degC) food straight away.

Re-Heating of Food

Although not optimum for pastry crispiness our food items do microwave surprisingly well.

1000w Microwave: heating are 2 mins for a pasty, 4 mins for a Supreme Pie or 30 secs for a roll.

Conventional Oven: Preheat to 150degC and 10-20 mins to warm through. Note the temperature of central portion should be above 75degC

Packaging is food safe and where practical recyclable. We are always investigating ways to be kind to our planet. Suggestions on alternatives are always welcome.

Food is fully chilled prior to packing and supplied with an extra large 1KG reusable Thermoguard Gel Ice pack to keep your food safe and at the optimum freshness even if left on your doorstep for the day.

Items are individually wrapped and labelled, please refer to website for more ingredient information etc

Our local delivery couriers always use refrigerated storage and delivery vehicles. We will work with all to determine best delivery day. We will prepare and bake goods and supply to the courier that morning. Delivery to you will be same day or next day.
